Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design modular agentic workflows from business requirements

  • Build and deploy autonomous AI agents with planning, memory, and tool usage

  • Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise systems, and SaaS tools (Microsoft 365 preferred)

  • Develop RAG-based agents and manage prompt engineering and hallucination control

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver PoCs and production workflows

Required Skills

  • ~5 years experience in workflow automation or business systems design

  • Hands-on experience with n8n / Zapier / Power Automate / Airflow

  • Experience with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
