About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong full-stack experience and a passion for innovation to lead the assessment and adoption of AI tools across our development teams. You will play a key role in ensuring we stay ahead in leveraging AI to improve software delivery.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) implementations
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.
• Experience designing AI/ML solution integrations, including conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems.
• Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks preferred.
