AI Automation Engineer

Cebu City-IT Park | Onsite (First 90 Days), then Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday Onsite)| Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time)

Role Snapshot (Before You Apply)

• GoTeam is committed to being the world's most AI-enabled operations partner. We aren't just using AI; we are building it into our DNA. We need engineers to bridge the gap between manual effort and automated intelligence .
• You will act as a Workflow Architect, designing and maintaining the invisible engines (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) that power our internal operations.
• You will work within our Internal Technology & Operations team, collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Marketing to identify bottlenecks and deploy automated solutions.
• This is a high-output role with a strict 90-day onsite immersion period to ensure you fully understand our internal workflows before transitioning to a 3-day onsite/2-day WFH hybrid model.
