Key Responsibilities
Lead AI adoption and automation across creative, content, design, video, and digital teams
Optimise creative turnaround times, delivery schedules, and workflow efficiency
Automate repetitive processes such as brief structuring, creative variations, adaptations, versioning, and reporting
Establish standardised SOPs, templates, and quality benchmarks for creative outputs
Integrate AI tools with project management and internal tracking systems
Identify workflow gaps and deploy AI/process solutions to eliminate delays and rework
Enable teams with AI-assisted ideation, copy refinement, design support, and content scaling
Ensure ethical AI usage, data security, IP protection, and brand consistency
Track productivity metrics and continuously improve output quality vs effort
Train and upskill teams on AI tools, automation workflows, and best practices
Stay updated on emerging AI tools and automation trends relevant to creative agencies
