AI Automation Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-driven automation workflows, connecting APIs, LLMs, and process orchestration tools to eliminate repetitive work and unlock new efficiencies.

You will be responsible for:

• Building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom Python scripts
• Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) into business operations
• Designing data pipelines and task chains for sales, support, or internal tooling
• Testing, debugging, and improving automated systems for speed and reliability
• Collaborating with teams to understand process bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions
• Researching and implementing new tools for scalable, intelligent automation

Ideal Profile:

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
• You have working knowledge of Workflow Automation Tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), Python Scripting, API Integration, LLM API Usage (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), Prompt Engineering, Process Mapping & Optimization, Automation Architecture Design, Data Handling & Transformation, Testing & Debugging Automation Workflows and Cross-functional Collaboration
• Experience with workflow automation, scripting, and API integrations
• Familiarity with AI models, LLM prompts, and real-world application of AI assistants
• Skilled in Python or JavaScript for custom automation builds
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to map processes into scalable workflows
• Excited about leveraging AI to transform how businesses operate
