Experteer OverviewIn this role, you lead AI evaluation and testing within the firm's Technology Risk function, shaping the vision and roadmap for AI control objectives. You define frameworks to assess AI behavior, ensure reliability and regulatory compliance across diverse AI systems, and build governance tooling. You collaborate with Legal, Risk, Tech, and Product teams to scale risk controls and policies, while engaging senior leadership to demonstrate impact. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the nexus of AI safety, governance, and enterprise risk.
