Job Description:
We are a car rental company running Facebook Ads and receiving customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger.
We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a smart AI agent/chatbot that can automatically handle customer conversations, collect booking details, answer queries, and qualify leads.
Project Objective:
Build an AI-powered Messenger agent that:
Instantly responds to Facebook Messenger inquiries from ads
Understands customer intent (car availability, pricing, booking, etc.)
Collects required booking information
Provides automated pricing responses
Qualifies serious customers
Transfers hot leads to a human agent when needed
Required Features:
