Job Description

We're seeking an experienced AI/Cloud Native Developer Lead to lead our team in developing innovative AI and cloud-native applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI, cloud computing, and software development, with strong Python expertise to design, build, and support AI-enabled, cloud-native applications within Oracle Cloud (OCI) and Oracle SaaS / PaaS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Python, including: Debugging and refactoring large, complex codebases Performance tuning and memory optimization
  • Experience integrating and troubleshooting Generative AI / LLM frameworks, such as: OCI Generative AI services LangChain Vector databases / embeddings
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application management
