Our Data & AI team within Accenture Song focuses on helping clients drive performance optimisation through deep customer insights and implementation of the latest Data & AI capabilities across the Marketing and Service value chain. The team collaborates with clients to accelerate the experimentation lifecycle, deepen understanding of key customer value drivers, improve business outcomes, and drive innovation across industries.

The service unit consists of a wide range of business functions and industry groups, and in the Data & AI team we work from Strategy to Implementation where Data and AI are the focal points. 

In our team you will: 

  • Drive growth and revenue generation through application of customer-centric analytical methods and agile ways of working. 

  • Develop modern marketing and service strategies that allow organisations to make choices on their customers, channels, geographies, routes to market and products. 

  • Anticipate ways digital and technology innovation impacts business models and harness them to create new routes to growth, for example the impact Generative AI will have on organisations and people in the future. 

  • Transform and optimise how clients address and serve their customers effectively. 

  • Generate sustained value through implementation of next generation technology and customer experience across the value chain. 

As the Song Data & AI Financial Services Lead, you will: 

  • Marketing or Service Expertise: Bring deep functional expertise in in the Marketing or Service domain, acting as the Data & AI interlock with our Song Marketing or Service practices. You will leverage your combined functional and technical skillset to drive sales growth, capability development, and presence of Data & AI offerings throughout our Song engagements. 

  • Industry expertise: Bring deep Financial Services industry expertise and thought leadership to client engagements, helping to shape Accenture’s offerings and positioning within the domestic market.  

  • Business Development: Take ownership of the Song Data & AI Financial Services pipeline, bringing together domain experts from across the organisation to effectively drive sales and connect the dots to identify opportunities across the portfolio. 

  • Talent Strategy: Support the teams recruitment processes by contributing to strategy, skills assessments, and interviewing. 

  • Data and AI: Deliver Data and AI advisory projects focused on customer insights, segmentation, personalisation and predictive modelling by solving client difficulties and needs through industry specific research. 

  • Consulting skills: Bring a well refined strategy & consulting skillset to client engagements and business development, leading programme delivery and taking ownership of sales opportunities end-to-end. 

  • Strategic Vision: Contribute towards overall Practice strategy and act as the teams GTM lead for Financial Services Customer Data & AI opportunities. 

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand business needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive initiatives that enhance customer journeys. 

  • Leverage Song Capabilities: Collaborate with colleagues to use Song Data & AI capabilities to drive client transformation for industry or functional use cases. 

Qualification

Desirable skills, qualifications, and experience: 

  • B.Sc./B.Eng./M.Sc./M.Eng./PhD degree(s) in Business Studies, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. 

  • 8+ years designing and delivering data-driven technical solutions across the Marketing or Service value chain. Sustained industry, product or commercial application experience is preferred. 

  • 2+ years leading technical teams to deliver customer insights, personalisation and AI solutions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment. 

  • Expertise in leading teams and managing projects focused on leveraging Data & AI capabilities deliver customer insights, personalisation and predictive modelling to progress the customer and marketing agenda. 

  • Proven experience driving business development efforts to completion leading proposal development including shaping the offering, resourcing and costing.  

  • Strong communication skills, with shown expertise in articulating technical concepts and analysis to non-technical business leaders 

  • Shown experience in project and program management and in leading senior collaborators 

  • Experience in mentoring, leading or coaching other team members.

  • Experience of driving value and growth-focused transformations in an organisation. 

  • Proven history of working on customer-centric projects in a top tier consulting firm or internal marketing / service strategy team. 

  • Experience or knowledge of how to apply innovation for growth – for example, Generative AI solutions for growth.
