AI & Data Strategy Consultant

Overview

At Winning Consulting we are looking for an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to join a strategic transformation engagement with a European financial institution. The role is based in Spain (any location) in a hybrid model, with periodic travel to Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition of an AI and data strategy aligned with the institution’s mandate, priorities and operating model.


• Analyse current business processes and ways of working, helping to design future-state operating models and AI-enabled workflows.


• Support the identification, qualification and prioritisation of AI use cases across functions, using structured criteria.


• Prepare, co-design and facilitate workshops with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on vision, use cases and roadmap, ensuring tangible and actionable outputs.
