Job Description
As an AI Deployment Strategistat Magical, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI automation platform and our customers’ needs. You’ll work directly with customers, helping them deploy, integrate, and optimize Magical’s solutions to drive business value. This role requires a blend of problem-solving, customer engagement, and product customization to ensure the customer’s seamless adoption, success, and expansion over time.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with customers to understand their workflow challenges and design tailored AI-powered automation solutions using Magical’s platform.
Deploy, configure, and integrate Magical’s automation technology with customer environments, including CRMs, EHRs and loan origination systems.
Build custom workflow configurations via AI prompting and internal tools to extend Magical’s capabilities for specific customer use cases.
