AI Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will architect, build, and deploy advanced agentic applications that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and create intelligent user experiences.

You will work across multiple domainsincluding HR, finance, healthcare, and recruitment—developing autonomous agents powered by LLMs, integrated tightly with enterprise systems.

As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building within the AI practice.
