AI/ML Core
Foundational knowledge of LLMs (GPT-4, Llama, Claude) and prompt engineering.
Agentic AI
Familiarity with frameworks like Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or Crew AI for building Agentic workflows.
Cloud Platforms
Experience navigating Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) for model orchestration.
Enterprise Tools
Exposure to Service Now AI (Now Assist) or a strong desire to learn ITSM-based AI integration.
Development
Proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations (REST, JSON).
