AI Digital Marketing Manager (Agency Core – Strategy & Creative)


Location & Work Setup (Very Important)


  • Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
  • Work Mode:
  • Monday to Friday: Work from office
  • Saturday: Work from home
  • Work Timings: 8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST (Night shift)
  • This role requires full availability during the above hours .
  • Please apply only if you are comfortable with night shifts on a long-term basis.


Role Summary


We are hiring an AI Digital Marketing Manager who will act as the core marketing brain for an agency handling multiple clients.

This is a strategy, creative, and direction-heavy role , not a performance execution role.

  • We already have / will have a dedicated performance marketing specialist .
  • Your responsibility is to think, plan, guide, structure, and align all marketing efforts using AI + strong marketing fundamentals .

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency environment , understands how marketing works beyond tools, and can handle multiple clients simultaneously without chaos .


What You Will Be Fully Responsible For


You will own:

  • Marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
  • Brand positioning and messaging direction
  • Campaign and content planning
  • Creative direction and quality control
  • Client-side marketing clarity
  • Internal structure and repeatable systems
  • Daily use of AI to improve speed and output quality


Core Responsibilities


1) Agency-Style Client Strategy Ownership
  • Handle multiple clients at the same time , just like a real agency setup.
  • Understand each client’s business and convert it into:
  • Clear positioning
  • Clear messaging
  • Clear target audience definition
  • Clear content themes
  • Clear campaign priorities
  • Create monthly plans and weekly priorities for each client.
  • Convert vague ideas into clear briefs for execution teams.
  • Say no to ideas that don’t make marketing sense and explain why.


2) Creative Direction & Brand Consistency
  • Own the brand voice and messaging for each client.
  • Guide designers and video editors on:
  • Visual direction
  • Hooks and angles
  • Storytelling approach
  • What to avoid
  • Review:
  • Social media posts
  • Carousels and reels direction
  • Campaign creatives (conceptual level)
  • Website hero sections and landing page messaging
  • Ensure consistency across all channels .

You don’t need to design.

You must know how to direct good marketing .


3) AI-First Working Style (Non-Negotiable)

AI is a core part of this role, not an add-on.

You will use AI tools daily to:

  • Draft strategies, briefs, hooks, and messaging directions
  • Generate campaign and content ideas faster
  • Analyse competitors and market positioning
  • Improve copy clarity and structure
  • Turn raw thoughts into client-ready documents
  • Build repeatable AI prompts and internal frameworks

We are looking for someone who actively uses AI to think better and move faster .


4) Marketing Systems & Templates
  • Create internal structures to reduce confusion and delays:
  • Strategy templates
  • Brief formats
  • Content planning formats
  • AI prompt frameworks
  • Client onboarding checklists
  • Improve internal efficiency and clarity across teams.


5) Collaboration With Performance Marketing
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Specialist.
  • Provide:
  • Messaging direction
  • Campaign logic
  • Funnel context
  • Review performance insights at a strategy level , not execution level.
  • Decide what needs to change in messaging or direction based on results.

You will not be expected to manage ad dashboards daily.


6) Client Communication & Reporting
  • Create clear, simple client updates:
  • What was done
  • Why it was done
  • What worked
  • What didn’t
  • What’s next
  • Communicate marketing in a way business owners can understand.


Required Experience


  • Mandatory agency experience
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong exposure to:
  • Marketing strategy
  • Content and social direction
  • Campaign planning
  • Brand messaging

Tools & Knowledge (Good to Have)


  • ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar AI tools
  • Google Analytics / GA4 basics
  • Meta Business Suite basics
  • Canva basics for quick direction
  • Planning tools like Notion, Docs, Sheets, ClickUp, etc.


What This Role Is NOT


  • Not a junior marketing role
  • Not a pure ads role
  • Not a task-execution role
  • Not a one-brand in-house role


How Success Will Be Measured


Within 30-45 days:

  • Clients have clear marketing direction
  • Teams work with less confusion
  • Faster planning and execution using AI
  • Stronger brand consistency across outputs
  • Founder involvement in day-to-day marketing reduces
