AI-Driven Data Governance Lead

The Data Dictionary & AI Lead position is part of Marsh Data team, which is part of the broader BCS organization. This role will report to the Global Data Head.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead for Data Dictionary Development using AI capabilities, Documentation & Business Analysis. The role’s main responsibility is to drive the development, standardization, and maintenance of enterprise-wide data definitions within our insurance business using internal AI and GenAI capabilities & tools. This role will also lead a pool of AI experts who will develop business definitions and Business Analysts who will be responsible for facilitating the revisions of the definitions with the Subject Matter Expert. The Lead ensures clarity, consistency, and accessibility of business-critical data across global and regional systems, enabling regulatory compliance and a data-driven culture.
