About the Role

We're seeking a forward-thinking specialist who can harness AI to drive B2B growth. This isn't your typical digital marketing role—we need someone who can translate complex B2B offerings into compelling, campaign-ready messaging using AI tools, while building automated systems that drive real business results.


What You'll Do


AI-Powered B2B Messaging (Core Focus)

  • Leverage AI tools to create high-quality B2B messaging for LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and marketing materials
  • Transform complex B2B offerings into clear value propositions and decision-oriented content
  • Generate AI-assisted copy variants and audience-specific messaging for campaigns
  • Develop industry-relevant narratives that resonate with B2B buyers


Marketing & CRM Automation

  • Build and maintain automated lead flows (visitor tracking → enrichment → CRM)
  • Develop lead scoring and qualification models
  • Optimize CRM systems and automation tools for maximum efficiency


Strategic AI Application

  • Analyze buyer intent, industry language, and competitor positioning using AI
  • Understand how AI impacts B2B discovery and trust-building
  • Structure content for AI-based search and answer engines


Process & Data Excellence

  • Maintain clean CRM data and consistent workflows
  • Document processes, assumptions, and AI usage parameters
  • Continuously improve automation based on performance feedback


What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • 2–5 years  in B2B marketing, CRM, automation, or growth roles
  • Proven hands-on experience  with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for content creation, campaign copy, and analysis
  • Strong written English  with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Analytical mindset  with structured thinking and natural curiosity
  • B2B understanding —you know how businesses buy, not just consumers


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns or Google Ads (strategic or hands-on)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems
  • Background in B2B, technology, life sciences, or complex product industries

  • Social media manager posting daily content
  • Performance marketing operator managing ad accounts
  • SEO specialist focused only on rankings
  • Someone who just writes prompts without strategic thinking
