Role Overview

 

We are looking for an AI-Enabled QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and correctness of AI-powered B2B SaaS products. This role combines strong manual testing expertise with AI output validation, AI-assisted test case creation, and automation testing.

 

The ideal candidate understands both traditional QA practices and the nuances of AI/ML-driven systems, including validating non-deterministic outputs and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 



Perform end-to-end manual testing of AI-enabled web applications and SaaS platforms


Validate AI/ML outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and bias


Provide structured feedback and test evidence to ML and product teams to improve model behavior


Design and create test cases using AI-based QA tools and intelligent testing platforms


Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression, functional, and integration testing


Validate AI-driven features across multiple scenarios, edge cases, and data variations


Collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Developers, and Product Managers


Ensure quality across APIs, microservices, and UI layers


Participate in release validation, defect triage, and root cause analysis



 

 

Required Skills & Experience

 



5–6 years of experience in QA / Software Testing


Strong hands-on experience in manual testing for web and SaaS applications


Experience validating AI or data-driven system outputs


Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)


Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools for test case generation and validation


Experience testing REST APIs and microservices


Solid understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile methodologies


Strong analytical skills with attention to detail



 

 

Good to Have

 



Experience testing AI/ML-based products or platforms


Exposure to model evaluation concepts (accuracy, consistency, hallucination handling)


Experience with performance and security testing


Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration


Exposure to tools like Postman, JMeter, TestRail, or similar
