AI Engineer

Overview


We are seeking an Al Engineer specializing in Voice & Speech Technologies to build and optimize intelligent voice and chatbot experiences. The role focuses on developing Al-driven conversational flows, integrating LLM/GenAl capabilities, and working with speech technologies for telephony and real-time voice interactions.


Responsibilities


Develop Al-driven conversation flows for chatbots and voice bots.
Build and optimize NLU/NLP models, including intent, entity, and context handling.
Create and refine voice bot call flows using TTS/STT components.
Implement Generative Al-powered dialog flows and LLM-based responses.
Integrate conversational systems with internal and external platforms using APIs.
Develop and maintain SIP-based call flows and telephony logic.
Ensure seamless communication between Al models, backend systems, and voice workflows.
