Job Description


We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with + years of hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI systems and AI Voice solutions . This role involves technical contributions as well as leading and mentoring a team of interns. You will collaborate closely with the team to design scalable AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), Telephony AI Voice systems , and AI automation workflows that have real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI workflow automation tools, and AI Voice products integrated with telephony systems (, Twilio, Vonage, or Dialogflow CX) .

  • Architecture: Collaborate on designing scalable, reliable AI architectures using platforms such as , Windsurf, or Cursor , ensuring integration with voice-based AI interfaces .

  • Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, including LLMs, Voice AI synthesis , agent frameworks, and automation tools, and integrate them into our solutions.

  • Testing & Validation: Develop robust testing and validation processes to ensure AI workflows, agents, and voice models are reliable, accurate, and scalable.

  • SDLC & Agile Execution: Follow and promote Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies to ensure structured, iterative, and high-quality product delivery.

    • Leadership & Mentorship

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of interns focused on AI workflow creation, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI Voice system development.

  • Mentorship: Train interns in Generative AI concepts, best practices, and tools — including LLM-based voice agents and vector databases.

  • Project Management: Manage project allocations, ensure deliverables align with business goals, and support debugging and deployment of AI solutions following Agile sprints.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track progress, provide feedback, and guide interns in developing their AI engineering careers.

    • Requirements Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

    • Experience

  • Minimum + years of experience developing Generative AI systems using LLMs, AI-driven automation, and agent-based architectures.

  • Hands-on experience building and integrating AI Voice systems , particularly Telephony AI Voice applications (, voice cloning, IVR bots, or real-time conversational voice agents).

  • Proven experience working through all phases of the SDLC , and executing projects within Agile / Scrum environments.

    • Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Python and JavaScript (experience with FastAPI is a plus).

  • Experience with AI tools such as , Windsurf, Cursor , and various LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Claude).

  • Familiarity with AI Voice technologies such as ElevenLabs, , or Azure Cognitive Voice , and telephony APIs like Twilio or Dialogflow CX .

  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes .

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  • Strong command of version control using Git.

  • Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals , including data structures and algorithms.

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.

    • Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with advanced Generative AI tools and frameworks such as ElevenLabs, Mistral, Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Groq .

  • Understanding of RAG architectures , vector databases, and AI agent frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or Superagent.

  • Exposure to platforms including ClientP, Hugging Face, OpenRouter, Flowise , or ChromaDB .
