🚀 AI Engineer (3+ Years of Experience)

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI systems that power intelligent, data-driven financial products.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to turn complex financial data into scalable AI solutions. This role requires strong ML fundamentals, production experience, and the ability to deliver reliable models in a regulated, high-impact environment.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy AI models for fintech use cases such as risk, fraud, personalization, and forecasting
• Work with structured and unstructured financial data
• Integrate AI systems into backend services via APIs
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Partner with backend and platform teams to deploy models at scale
• Collaborate with product teams to align AI outputs with user needs
• Debug production issues and improve model robustness
• Participate in code and model reviews
• Tackle real-world challenges in noisy, high-volume financial data
• Improve model explainability, fairness, and compliance readiness
• Explore modern AI techniques including LLMs and embeddings where applicable
• Continuously raise the bar on AI quality and delivery

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Applied Data Science roles
• Are strong in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Have experience deploying ML models to production
• Have worked with financial, transactional, or large-scale structured data
• Communicate clearly across engineering and product teams
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
