Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–5 years of experience building production-grade AI/ML or software systems.
- Strong programming experience with Python, Node.js and Bun.
- Experience with at least one additional backend language or runtime (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Java).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or modern transformer architectures.
- Experience building or integrating chat interfaces or conversational AI systems.
- Dubai-based candidates preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
- Experience architecting AI/ML flows, multi-agent systems, or agentic reasoning pipelines.
- Experience with RAG, CAG, or hybrid retrieval-based reasoning.
