Job Description

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking an AI Engineer to join their rapidly growing team on an initial 6 month day-rate basis.

The role:

  • Design and develop AI/ML models and scalable solutions using LLMs, NLP, and deep learning
  • Fine-tune prompts and models to align with user needs and business goals
  • Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows
  • Lead data workflows, deployment, testing, and support for production-ready AI
  • Collaborate across teams on product design, prototyping, and continuous optimisation
  • Contribute to strategy, documentation, and market research.

    • Experience required:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
  • Experience building ML pipelines, deploying LLMs, and working with large-scale data
  • Solid computer science background in algorithms and software design
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and business awareness.

  • 6 month rolling contract
  • Hybrid working model (weekly onsite required)
