About the Team

You will join a high-performing R&D organization at Keysight Technologies, collaborating closely with software engineers, product designers, data scientists, and domain experts in Electronic Design Automation (EDA). The team develops advanced solutions that enhance the productivity of engineers working on high-speed digital, SI/PI, PCB, package, and 3DIC design workflows.

Your work will focus on bringing AI-driven intelligence—including agents, copilots, and workflow automation—into Keysight’s commercial EDA platforms, enabling smarter interactions, faster problem-solving, and improved design efficiency.

About the Role

As an AI Specialist focused on Intelligent Agents and Copilot Solutions, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven assistants that help engineers work more efficiently in Keysight’s EDA environments.

You will buildAI agents, multimodal copilots, workflow automation pipelines, and conversational interfaces that intelligently interpret user intent, assist with simulation tasks, provide recommendations, and streamline day-to-day engineering workflows.

This role blends AI engineering, software development, and product innovation, working across the full lifecycle: conceptualization, prototyping, productionization, deployment, and integration with EDA tools


Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agent systems integrated into Keysight’s EDA tools.
  • Build copilot-style interfaces capable of interpreting user intent, automating tasks, and guiding workflows.
  • Develop conversational interfaces, dialog flows, and LLM-powered features for engineering productivity.
  • Implement and optimize AI orchestration, including agent serialization, concurrency, memory management, and interpreter constraints.
  • Collaborate with software teams to integrate AI features into existing and new workflows across PCB, package, and 3DIC design environments.
  • Build and maintain Python-based ML pipelines, prototypes, and automation scripts.
  • Architect scalable solutions using cloud environments, APIs, and microservices when applicable.
  • Ensure high-quality AI delivery through version control, CI/CD, testing, and Agile development practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design reviews, roadmap discussions, and project planning.

    Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, including automation/scripting.

  • Proven experience with AI/ML systems, including training, fine-tuning, or integrating models (LLMs, transformers, agents).

  • Expertise in conversational AI, dialog flows, prompt engineering, and LLM-based interfaces.

  • Experience with AI orchestration:

    agent serialization

    concurrency

    interpreter constraints

    multi-agent systems

  • Understanding of software architecture, system design, and data modeling.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hosting AI services.

  • Solid grasp of modern software engineering practices:

    Agile methodologies

    Git and version control

    CI/CD pipelines

    Testing and code quality

  • Excellent English communication skills, and experience working with cross-site teams.

  • Demonstrated initiative or leadership in guiding projects or mentoring engineers.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience withEDA environments, simulation workflows, PCB or silicon design.

  • Prior work on AI assistants/coplots, developer productivity tools, or workflow automation.

  • Exposure to cloud-native development, containerization, or microservice architectures.

  • Experience embedding AI into complex desktop or enterprise applications.
