What you will do
Build AI features that turn multimodal interview data into clear, reliable insights. Design multi-step analysis flows that combine audio, transcripts, screen recordings, and structured inputs into actionable reports for recruiters.
Shape what AI features exist from concept to production. Work with recruiters, designers, and full-stack developers to define opportunities, decide what should be built, shape the solution, and drive it through delivery.
