The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to enhance crew management analytics and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with data reporting teams, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and predictive insights. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with ML frameworks, and a passion for solving complex problems with data.
