AI Engineer (Berlin - German fluency required)

Join an early-stage team building an applied AI platform for the construction industry, already live with leading enterprises. We're automating the back-office of construction companies by unlocking value from their unstructured data - PDFs, scans, and drawings, saving teams up to 90% of their time.

As an AI Engineer, you'll work closely with the CPO and CTO to design, prototype, and productionize automation and insight use cases. You'll turn massive, messy datasets into streamlined workflows using cutting-edge GenAI tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and ship customer-facing AI solutions end-to-end
  • Rapidly prototype and evaluate new use cases
  • Build, improve, and scale ML and data pipelines
  • Own technical decisions and shape the product and tech stack
  • Work onsite with the team in Berlin (4-5 days/week)

    • Tech Stack:

    Python, FastAPI, Supabase, Weaviate, AWS, Retool, Langfuse, OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere

    About You:

  • 3+ years in software or ML engineering, ideally in fast-paced environments
  • Experience deploying applied AI/LLM solutions in production
  • Passion for 01 product building and customer impact
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excited to work in-person in Berlin
  • Bonus: startup experience or impressive side projects
