Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for prompt engineering and LLM workflow for payroll system
• Design high-quality system, role, and multi-step prompts tailored for HR/ payroll use cases
• Evaluate, test, and refine prompts to improve accuracy and consistency
• Build knowledge hub and maintain knowledge bases (indexing, chunking, metadata design)
• Share best practices, innovate and collaborate with engineering on AI feature integration
