AI Engineer (Image Processing & Identification)


A scaling agriculture robotics start-up is building an AI-driven autonomous sprayer designed for protected agriculture. They’re focusing on real-world perception in berry tunnels and greenhouse vertical crops, where precision and reliability matter more than demos.


They’re looking for an AI Engineer to develop the perception layer that enables the robot to identify crops, diseases and pests directly informing precision spraying decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and train computer vision and deep learning models for crop, disease, and pest detection
  • Process and fuse RGB and depth data for accurate spatial understanding
  • Deploy AI models on embedded or edge devices under real-time constraints
