What you'll do
- Partner with clients to spot high-value AI opportunities and frame problems with measurable ROI.
- Design and ship end-to-end solutions: discovery prototyping evaluation hardening production monitoring.
- Build with todays stack: LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, evaluation frameworks, guardrails.
- Own the engineering bits: APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, observability, cost/perf tuning, and documentation of architecture & lessons learned.
- Champion responsible AI practices: privacy-by-design, bias testing, reproducibility, and clear model/product telemetry.
