Job Description
Riseup Labs is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building custom Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Voice AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including conversational AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and domain-specific language models. Additionally Highly experienced in Prompting.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy custom LLM-based solutions
Fine-tune and adapt open-source or proprietary LLMs for domain-specific use cases
Develop and optimize NLP pipelines (text classification, entity extraction, summarization, intent detection, etc.)
Build and integrate Voice AI systems (ASR, TTS, conversational voice agents)
Integrate AI models with backend services and APIs
Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
Work with large datasets for training, evaluation, and inference
