Job Description
This role focuses on developing an AI-driven agent to automate lead qualification and appointment scheduling for a sales team. The project requires designing and implementing a system that ingests leads from multiple sources, evaluates their quality based on defined criteria such as industry, company size, urgency, and budget, and assigns a lead score (hot, warm, or cold). The agent will automate follow-up actions, including sending personalized emails, proposing meeting times, updating CRM records, and notifying the sales team. The system should continuously learn from conversion outcomes to refine its communication and scoring strategies. You will collaborate closely with a business project lead who will provide detailed business logic, use cases, and oversee project delivery.
