This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI and Real-Time Audio Processing. You will be a lead builder in our AI evolution, designing agents that don't just chat, but reason, plan, and act. You’ll collaborate with a passionate cross-functional team to push the boundaries of automated telephony and personalized engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect Autonomous Agents: Build sophisticated agents using frameworks like Google ADK and OpenAI Agents SDK capable of tool-calling and multi-step reasoning.

  • Master the Voice Stack: Implement and optimize real-time Voice AI pipelines integrating STT and TTS engines (e.g., Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper).
