Alpha Dezine, serves in providing custom software to major collegiate and sports licensing merchandise suppliers and manufacturers across US with great ideas and sources and leveraging it to be in the most cost-effective way. Our core business is to develop software's so as to leverage our technologies and team to offer state of the art, software-based solution to the licensing agencies and work upon their digital assets to derive accurate market trends to the major Universities, Brands, and various Sports Clubs (Located Overseas). We are constantly involved in developing innovative add-on services to our core product which also include designing automation using Adobe products.


Full Stack Developer  

  • Location  – Vadodara-Onsite (Locals Preferred)
  • Working Days  – Monday to Friday 
  • Experience  – 3-5 Years (Flexible)


Roles & Responsibilities  

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and generative AI systems 
  • Build end-to-end AI pipelines  (ingestion, reasoning, validation, output) 
  • Work with LLMs , multimodal models (text + image), and embeddings 
  • Implement agentic workflows  (multi-step reasoning, tool usage, orchestration) 
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)  pipelines using vector databases 
  • Integrate AI capabilities into backend APIs and services 
  • Ensure AI outputs are structured, validated, and reliable  
  • Implement guardrails, fallback logic, and basic human-in-the-loop flows 
  • Deploy and operate AI services in cloud environments 
  • Monitor, debug, and optimize AI systems for cost, latency, and quality 
  • Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams 
  • Contribute to AI system architecture and design decisions   
  • Evaluate and prototype new models, tools, or frameworks   
  • Improve observability, evaluation, and governance  of AI systems   
  • Support multimodal or image generation pipelines  when needed 
  • Mentor junior engineers or review AI-related code  


Required Skills & Qualifications  

  • Strong proficiency in Python  
  • Experience building backend services (FastAPI, Flask, or similar) 
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI systems  
  • Experience working with LLMs  and prompt-based workflows 
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and RAG  
  • Experience integrating AI into production systems  
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS ) 
  • Basic DevOps  experience (Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring) 
  • Strong problem-solving and system-design skills 

Good to Have Skills  

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks  (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen patterns) 
  • Familiarity with MCP-style orchestration  or tool-calling architectures 
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry  or Vertex AI 
  • Experience with image generation  and multimodal AI pipelines 
  • Knowledge of vector databases  (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) 
  • Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch  
  • Exposure to MLOps  practices or model monitoring 
  • Kubernetes or infrastructure-as-code experience 

Education  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience
