We are seeking a skilled AI Conversational Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the behavior and flow of our Chatbot assistant.
You will own how our Chatbot operates in multi-turn conversations: how it gathers and uses context, structures dialog, manages pacing and depth, and maintains a consistent voice across end-to-end journeys.
