AI-First Full Stack Developer (Offshore)

Ironsail is seeking a senior, AI-first Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to work directly with our CEO, an engineer and inventor who is building a new, innovative approach to software development. We already have a large, complex platform that has been significantly architected and developed in-house, and the immediate goal is to bring this system fully into production while laying the foundation for multiple future projects built using this new development process.

This role carries the same expectations as a traditional senior tech lead, but with the added requirement that AI-assisted workflows are used expertly as a force multiplier across the entire development lifecycle enabling significantly higher output, speed, and throughput than traditional methods.
