Are you motivated to build generative AI systems from scratch, with total control over models, data, and infrastructure?
At MST Holding, we are building our own on-premise generative AI platform, based on Linux servers with GPUs, geared towards both model training and fine-tuning, as well as the development of advanced agent systems, RAGs, and validation pipelines. We are looking for an AI/GenAI Engineer who wants to work closely with hardware and models, participating in the design and development of generative AI solutions that are actually put into production.
What will you do on a daily basis?
-Design, develop, and optimize LLM-based systems for different use cases (assistants, autonomous agents, process automation).
-Build agent architectures (single-agent and multi-agent), including:
Tool calling
Memory and state management
Orchestration and decision flows
-Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines:
Data ingestion and preprocessing
