AI Governance Manager

We are looking for passionate professionals to join and grow our team focused on working with Generative AI (Gen AI) and reviewing AI assets to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals with a hands-on approach, where most responsibilities are technical and revolve around reviewing AI assets. This opportunity offers significant flexibility and the chance to deepen your knowledge of AI policies while directly contributing to the organization’s compliance and risk management efforts. What You’ll Do: Thoroughly review Generative AI assets to identify potential risks such as inaccuracies or biases, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to detect and address data risks linked to Gen AI applications within the organization. Contribute to the design, enhancement, and implementation of AI compliance frameworks and best practices, helping to shape the future of responsible AI use. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Data Governance, or similar areas. Hands-on experience reviewing AI assets and familiarity with Generative AI tools and methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex compliance issues. Advanced proficiency in English. Why Join Us?
