Position: AI Growth & Performance Marketing Team Lead
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
• Next-Gen Search Strategy (GEO & AEO): Shift our organic strategy from "Keywords" to "Answers." Optimize content structures so that Large Language Models (LLMs) cite Company as the primary authority in AI Security. Models (LLMs) cite Company as the primary authority in AI Security.
• Performance Marketing & Lead Gen: Manage global campaigns with a focus on high-intent B2 B leads. Utilize Agentic AI tools to automate lead scraping, qualification, and initial outreach.
• Scientific A/B Testing: rigorous testing of landing pages, ad copy, and creative formats. You must rely on data, not intuition, to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Global Content Architecture: Oversee the creation of technical content that appeals to global markets (US/EU). Ensure content is structured for AISO (AI Search Optimization) to capture voice and conversational queries.
• Analytics & Attribution: Build dashboards that track not just clicks, but engagement within AI-driven ecosystems.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Performance Marketing.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune (This is a strictly Onsite role).
• Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of the transition from SEO to AEO/GEO.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows (e.g., Auto GPT, AI agents for CRM, automated outreach sequences).
Mastery of A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, or similar).
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in B2 B Tech or Cybersecurity markets is highly preferred. You must understand how to sell trust and technical expertise.
• Mindset: You are a "Full-Stack Marketer"—you can write the strategy, set up the technical tools, and analyze the P&L of your campaigns.
