We are looking for a AI implementation and
digital transformation Manager
who can leverage extensive experience in managing complex projects to advance a user- and benefit-focused change strategy within the organization.

As a
Transformation executive manager
you will use your solid background in overseeing large-scale initiatives to accelerate a user-centric, value-driven transformation strategy across the Global IT organization of over employees and 50 offices in different countries.

• You will rely on your knowledge of
  design thinking
  ,
  agile delivery methods
  , and
  UX principles
  to promote innovation and help transition the IT operating model toward a more adaptive and agile way of working.
• Your responsibilities will range from
  taking full ownership of key programs
  and guiding cross-functional teams, to
  supporting other project leaders
  on how to initiate, structure, and manage agile initiatives effectively.
• You will define and implement
  impact-focused KPIs
  to evaluate the success and progress of the projects under your scope.
• Part of your role will be to
  foster alignment
  , strengthen team collaboration, and encourage continuous improvement by coaching, setting examples, and building trust within the team.
• You will prepare action plans, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements in project execution based on the reviews and assessments you carry out.
• Additionally, you will contribute directly to the
  development and rollout of the IT transformation roadmap
  , ensuring its adoption across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience or mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid
• successful project delivery
• You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: C1)
• Direct permanent contract with our end client with 3 days remote work
