Your Role in the AI Journey

Be part of our client's team as an AI Principal Consultant, where you will lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise AI solutions. You will translate complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable systems while guiding teams and clients through adoption with clarity and confidence.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years in enterprise application development, including 3+ years in AI or conversational platforms
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
• Strong expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and conversational design
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data connectors, and secure integration patterns
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and compliance frameworks

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI
• Craft intuitive, multi-turn conversational experiences for enterprise use cases
• Optimise prompts for accuracy, tone, compliance, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global clients
• Troubleshoot and refine AI-driven workflows using analytical problem-solving
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and drive practical adoption
