Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Lead Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale scenarios. This role focuses on LLM-powered applications , robust RAG pipelines , and multi-agent systems deployed across major cloud AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval tuning, query rewriting, prompt optimization).
• Develop multi-agent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks.
• Architect scalable Python + FastAPI/Flask or MCP microservices integrated with enterprise APIs.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure (OpenAI, AI Studio, Copilot Studio) , AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) , and GCP (Vertex AI) .
• Implement observability, logging, and telemetry for AI systems.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of production AI applications.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and cloud AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years in AI/ML development, with 3+ years in Generative AI & LLM applications.
• Expert-level Python with production-quality coding, testing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex and agentic orchestration libraries.
• Practical integration of OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI .
• Deep expertise in RAG workflows and vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector, FAISS).
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems , Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication , and MCP ecosystems .
• Familiarity with LLMOps / observability platforms (LangSmith, Opik, Azure AI Foundry).
• Knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graphs for enhanced retrieval and reasoning.
