AI Lead Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Full-Stack Engineer based in LATAM with strong English communication skills and deep experience across Microsoft/Azure technologies, modern web stacks, and secure software delivery. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop and integrate services on Microsoft Azure (compute, identity, data, messaging).
• Apply secure coding practices and participate in DevSecOps workflows.
• Use AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs, code assistants) to improve development velocity and quality.
• Contribute to systems involving AI agents, orchestration, tooling, or evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, data, AI, security, and DevOps stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture discussions and mentor less-experienced engineers.
• Communicate clearly in English across written and spoken channels with US-based teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years professional software development experience.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proven experience working with US or global teams.
• Full-stack proficiency with:
• Backend: .NET/C# and/or Python
• Frontend: modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent)
• Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Containers, Identity, Storage, or similar).
• Strong Git workflows (PRs, code reviews, branching strategies).
• Solid understanding of:
• API design (REST; GraphQL a plus)
• SDK integration
• CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily development.
• Awareness of agentic AI concepts (tools, memory, orchestration, personas, evaluation).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, product, AI, security).
