About the Internship
We are seeking AI Research Intern to work on agentic AI workflows and machine-learning–based design automation. This role is purely computer-science focused and offers two independent technical tracks under one internship.

- Internship Tracks (Choose One)
Track 1: Agentic AI & Workflow Systems
Work on building AI agents that plan, validate, and execute complex workflows using structured reasoning and tools.
Skills
• Python, REST APIs, JSON schemas
• LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling
• MCP servers
• Workflow orchestration (LangChain-style, n8n, custom)
Track 2: Machine Learning / Deep Learning for Design Automation
(ML · Deep Learning · Optimization · Research-to-Code)
Work on ML-based design and optimization systems inspired by neural network and other deep learning tools.
Skills
• Machine learning fundamentals
• Deep learning (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
• Regression, optimization, surrogate modeling
• Ability to read and implement research papers
