AI / ML Developer

The AI Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing AI applications in a complex supply chain business space, understanding and implementing functional requirements from the business and integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies and methods to drive these solutions.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, ideally have a background in C# and .NET technologies, and have a solid understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing. Experience with Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch and libraries such as GluonTS or Darts is ideal.

This candidate should have experience in relevant process automation projects as well as integration of AI/ML solutions in data visualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Developing AI models from initial conception to implementation.
• Understanding business problems and translating them into AI solutions.
• Creating and maintaining AI algorithms and applications to address business challenges.
• Integrating AI applications into company platforms.
• Validating and deploying AI models.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Continuously improving and scaling AI systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role
• Experience in developing AI applications and AI-focused programming languages, such as Python or Java
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch, Tensorflow) and libraries (like scikit-learn, GluonTS, Darts)
• Strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
• Experience with databases {SQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch)
• Experience with MS Azure Cloud Platform and CI/CD processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field
• Experience in Supply Chain and Transportation environments desired.
