AI Model Trainer

Our company is looking for skilled Language Specialists to contribute to the development of Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves evaluating prompts, rating AI-generated outputs, and creating high-quality content that helps refine AI performance.

The successful candidate will leverage their linguistic expertise to ensure linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance in model training. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating prompts and responses generated by AI models.
• Providing structured feedback on AI outputs.
• Developing, editing, and curating high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.

• A Master's degree in Linguistics or a related field is required. Strong command of written and spoken Spanish or English language with excellent grammar skills are also necessary.
