Job Title: AI Ops Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an AI Ops Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered operational solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth in AI/ML with strong consulting skills, enabling the delivery of intelligent automation strategies that transform business operations. This role requires a hands-on, self-driven professional with a structured approach to client engagement and solution delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python, open-source AIOps frameworks, and hyperscaler AI platforms (e.g., GCP Gemini, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure ML Studio).

  • Integrate AIOps solutions with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible to enable scalable, automated workflows.

  • Leverage ChatGPT and other generative AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

  • Work closely with clients to assess needs, define intelligent automation strategies, and ensure successful delivery.

  • Implement structured engagement and delivery methodologies to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI-driven systems for performance and reliability.

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML, AIOps, and automation technologies to advise clients on best practices.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and open-source AIOps tools.

  • Proficiency in hyperscaler AI platforms such as GCP Gemini, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Azure ML Studio.

  • Strong experience in integrating AI solutions with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate ChatGPT and generative AI into operational processes.

  • Excellent client-facing and consulting skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving projects independently.

  • Structured and methodical approach to solution delivery.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise-scale automation and AI adoption projects.

  • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and AI model lifecycle management.

  • Understanding of IT operations and cloud-native infrastructure.
