We're hiring a Senior Tech Lead to shape how AI and machine learning are delivered at scale across a global, complex organisation in the aviation and engineering space.

This is a hands-on strategic role for a senior technologist who wants influence, visibility, and the chance to turn AI innovation into real-world, enterprise-wide impact.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the technical direction for AI and ML products and platforms
• Designing reusable, scalable solutions that work across different parts of the business
• Guiding teams on MLOps, cloud delivery, and routes to production
• Balancing speed, cost, and technical quality in architectural decisions
• Translating complex technical choices into clear options for senior leaders

What they're looking for

• 10+ years in senior engineering or architecture roles
• Strong experience delivering AI/ML systems into production
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and modern ML engineering
• Comfortable influencing at senior and executive level

The position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis (Autonomo basis) at either approx €70,000 per annum or approx. €500 per day.
