The Mission We are looking for a Translator-in-Chief. This role is the strategic bridge between our Partners (Business Leaders in Agri, Legal, and Pharma) and our Lab (Elite Data Scientists & Developers). You will ensure that our high-potential talent delivers commercial-grade work that solves real business problems. You are the architect of the Translation layer in our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as the primary face to our partners. Translate their vague business pain points into precise technical backlogs and specifications.
• Squad Leadership: Manage the daily operations of our technical squads. Ensure the Engine (our data scientists and developers) is delivering on time, on spec, and adhering to our Extreme Ownership standards.
