AI Prompt Engineer - Document Intelligence
Location: Remote (Ireland) / Hybrid (Cork)
Role Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable)
Compensation: €70,000 - €80,000 per annum
The Mission
We are seeking a technical AI Prompt Engineer to lead the design and optimization of LLM workflows within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This is not just a creative writing role-it is a production-focused engineering position. You will build the systems that teach AI to accurately extract, summarize, and classify complex data from pharmaceutical contracts, medical enrollment forms, and legal amendments.

Prompt Engineering & RAG: Design and refine advanced prompts, system messages, and templates for clause extraction and healthcare document classification.
