Artificial Intelligence Intern
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Artificial Intelligence Intern to join our team. As an AI intern, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service in key markets.
- Monitor daily VoIP voice service connection rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs) across our target markets
- Regularly sample and analyze VoIP voice service call quality to identify areas for improvement
- Proactively address and resolve VoIP voice line issues, working closely with other teams to ensure swift resolutions
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for VoIP service quality management
